Healthcare is broken ->

At Wellnus, we started with a simple question: Why is something as essential as primary care so hard to access?

Healthcare today is crowded waiting rooms, confusing bills, rushed appointments, and doctors who barely have time to learn your name—let alone understand your story. Patients feel overwhelmed. Providers feel burned out. And somewhere in the middle, the quality of care suffers.

We created Wellnus because we know it doesn’t have to be this way. Healthcare is broken not because people don’t care, but because the system isn’t built around the patient.

So we built something different.

Wellnus is a modern, membership-based primary care clinic built to make healthcare simple, accessible, and truly patient-centered. Founded by Dr. Vishaal Buch, MD and Charvee Buch, our mission is to remove the barriers that make traditional healthcare frustrating.

With Wellnus, you get:

  • A dedicated physician who actually knows you
  • Virtual visits on your schedule
  • Preventive care and chronic condition management
  • Transparent, predictable pricing
  • No waiting rooms, no rushed appointments, no insurance hassles

This is where healthcare finally feels human again.

Wellnus is our way of reshaping primary care—one patient, one conversation, and one better experience at a time.

Your health becomes a continuous partnership—not a transaction dictated by insurance.

We can’t fix the entire system overnight, but we can fix the part that matters most to you: the care you receive and the relationship you have with your doctor.

The Heart Behind Wellnus

The Wellnus Clinic began with a simple belief: healthcare should be easy, human, and accessible — no matter where you live.

We’re Dr. Vishaal Buch, MD, and Charvee Buch, the co-founders of Wellnus. Before building this clinic, we had the privilege of living in and traveling to many countries. No matter where we went, one thing was always true: people everywhere need access to good, reliable healthcare. Preventive visits, managing diabetes or high blood pressure, navigating pregnancy — these needs are universal.

When we moved back to the United States, that belief became personal. Our daughter needed a routine check-up, and we found ourselves facing a system that made even the simplest visit complicated, expensive, and confusing. Thankfully, Vishaal is a physician, so we weren’t in a rush — but it opened our eyes. If this was difficult for us, how hard must it be for everyone else?

That moment became the start of Wellnus. We wanted to build something that truly made a difference — a clinic designed around people, not paperwork. A model that didn’t rely on donations, but one that could sustain itself and scale access to quality care.

That’s why we created our simple membership system. No copays. No surprise bills. No insurance required. Just an affordable annual fee for unlimited access to your primary care doctor.

Wellnus exists for one reason: to remove the red tape and make healthcare in America finally feel simple again. And we’re just getting started.
