The Wellnus Company, Inc. and The Wellnus Clinic, Inc. (“Wellnus, “Wellnus Co.,’ ” “we,” or “us”) uses Acuity scheduling to in order to comply with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Security Rule. All membership purchases and appointment booking is handled through Acuity Scheduling. The Wellnus Clinic, Inc. has signed a BAA (Business Associate Addendum) with Squarespace to ensure compliance to privacy laws. A BAA governs the use and protection of Protected Health Information exchanged between a "covered entity" and a "business associate."

Acuity Scheduling is part of the Squarespace suite of products, and is therefore subject to Squarespace’s policies and practices.
