Refund policy

Membership Cancellation
Patients may cancel their Wellnus Clinic Inc. membership at any time. To cancel, patients must submit a cancellation request through their patient portal or by emailing hello@thewellnuscompany.com. Memberships are non-transferable.

Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellation requests will be processed promptly. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual), after which no further charges will be applied.

Refunds

  • If you have not yet engaged with a Wellnus Clinic provider (e.g., scheduled or attended a telehealth visit), you may be eligible for a full refund of your membership fee.

  • If you purchased a membership but are ineligible to receive services due to age or location restrictions, you may also receive a full refund.

  • All other membership fees are non-refundable, including partially used membership periods or unused telehealth visits.

Auto-Renewal Memberships
Memberships set to auto-renew will continue until cancelled. To avoid renewal charges, patients must cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date. Once cancelled, auto-renewal will be disabled, but the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Reactivation
If you cancel your membership and later wish to rejoin, you must register for a new membership at current rates and terms. Any unused telehealth visits from the previous membership period do not carry over.
